Online Return & Exchange Process (1)
  • Please email our returns department at orders@wilsontack.com to initiate a return/exchange.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Items returned in any sort of USED condition will NOT be eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in ORIGINAL condition with tags attached and packaging. 
  • Any personalized or custom ordered items cannot be returned.
  • We cannot return or exchange items such as helmets, safety vests or health care products including supplements and topicals for safety reasons.
  • Clear-out items are FINAL SALE/NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
  • Refunds can only be processed for full money back within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Depending on reason for exchange/return, a paid shipping label may be emailed to you to return your package.
  • Exchanges will be shipped back to you via courier at your expense.
  • All exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges if the package is oversized, or being shipped to a remote location. You will be notified if the shipping rate changes.
  • Carefully pack your approved products and the Return/Exchange Form (you will receive the from via email) and address your package to our store.

  • Please return items by Canada Post “ground mail” to our store. Sorry, we cannot accept collect returns. Please note that refunds will not be given for purchased shipping boxes or envelopes.
  • Original shipping charges or fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
