  • FOR ALL ORDERS: A flat rate of $14.95 will be applied to all orders across Canada.
  • If you are in a remote location, product shipping charges in some cases could be subject to a higher fee.
  • If your order contains a product that applies to the oversized/overweight rule, we will notify you if a new shipping rate applies.
  • Orders requiring more boxes will most likely be subject to extra charges. We will notify you if there are any extra charges applicable to your order.
  • Order processing can take up to 2-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to be packaged and shipped out.
  •  PLEASE note that items placed in shopping cart are NOT reserved for you. 
  • Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday will not get processed until the following business day.
  • Holidays are a busy time for all of us. To ensure your package arrives on time, please give us enough time to pick, package and ship your parcel.
  • Credit cards are NOT directly charged from our website. Once all items are confirmed in stock we will then charge your card. A tracking number will soon follow along with your invoice. In some cases please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to arrive in your inbox. Don't forget to check your spam or junk folder!
  • Shipping timelines are not guaranteed, but we will always try our best to get your package to you in a timely manner.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends. If you have a time-sensitive parcel please call us for further details and we will try our best to accommodate. 
  • We pride ourselves on a quick and easy shipping process, but sometimes things happen. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. We will not refund/replace orders that arrive damaged or are marked as delivered by the courier.
