  • FOR ALL ORDERS: if your order contains a product that applies to the oversized/overweight rule. We will notify you if this applies with a new shipping rate.

  • Oversized/overweight items or orders requiring more boxes will most likely be subject to extra charges and may not follow under FREE shipping (if applicable). We will notify you if their are any charges needed for your order.
  • Order processing can take up to 2-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to be packaged and shipped out.
  •  PLEASE note that items placed in shopping cart are not reserved for you. 
  • Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday will not get processed until the following business day.
  • Holidays are a busy time for all of us. To insure your package arrives on time please give us enough time to pick, package and ship your parcel.
  • Credit cards are NOT automatically charged from our website. Once all items are confirmed in stock we will then charge your card. A tracking number will soon follow after with your invoice. In some cases please allow 24 hours for your tacking number to arrive in your inbox. Don't forget to check your spam or junk folder!
  • Shipping timelines to you are not a guarantee but we will try our best to get your package to you in a timely manner.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends. If you have a time-sensitive parcel please call us for further details and we will try our best to accommodate. 
  • We pride ourselves on a quick and easy shipping process, but sometimes things happen. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. We will not refund/replace orders that are marked as delivered by the courier.
